Returns Policy

We really hope you love everything you order from Etta Mae Decor.

 

We take pride in providing high quality products to our customers. However, if there is a problem with your purchases, you can return them to us.

​

In the event an item is lost or damaged, we will happily exchange the goods providing your order was covered by Parcel Protection. If an exchange is not suitable we will refund your money once the original goods are sent back to Etta Mae Decor, following the below guidelines.

To be eligible for a refund:

​

  1. Simply contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery to apply for a refund. Please include your order number and a clear photo as proof of damage.

  2. If your application for a refund or replacement has been approved, you will be advised via email.

  3. Return your damaged items within 21 days from the date of delivery, with the original receipt and order number. We will only accept returns that are in the original packaging and unopened. The customer is liable for all costs associated with the return of the item. Please do your best to ensure the items are adequately packaged to avoid damage on the return journey.

  4. We suggest that you register and insure your parcel on its return to us. Etta Mae Decor will not be responsible for any product that is lost or damaged during transit. Should the item get lost or damaged, and there is no insurance or tracking on the parcel, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

  5. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days or arrange for a replacement item to be shipped in its place. Refunds are issued via the same transaction method you used in your original purchase. It is your responsibility to check that your refund has been received. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at emma@ettamae.com.au

We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if you do not meet these requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide refunds on products purchased under the following conditions:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • A change of mind.

  • Items returned after the date of your event.

  • Items ordered late and thus arrive after the date of your event.

  • If you have chosen the incorrect colour, style or size.

  • Items that are lost or damaged during transit that were not covered by parcel protection insurance.

  • Items that have been opened, used or damaged.

  • Items that have been specifically sourced and ordered for you and are not standard stock items.
